What data do we need to get started?
A product export from your webshop or a price list with names, SKUs and OEM numbers. Stock and images are a plus. Manufacturer catalogs and cross-references we already have.
Does it replace our webshop?
No. The assistant is added to your existing site with one line of code, works with your products and sends orders and inquiries where you already receive them.
What happens when a part can't be confirmed?
The assistant asks for an extra detail, such as the number on the old pump, or hands the inquiry to a salesperson with everything the customer said. A possible match is never shown as confirmed.
Which languages does it work in?
The assistant replies in whatever language the customer writes. The site and admin are available in Serbian, English, Italian and Polish.
Can we start with a small pilot?
